From: Unknown: 10/25/22 Comments: I own four Champion Xp's all of them great rods 794,795,806,836 bucca bull shad collaboration all of those listed great for treble swimbaits the 806 being the stiffest and can probably handle the smaller huds but it doesn't handle the 5.5 oz Explorer Glide very well I think they're all rated way too high for lure weight imho I throw my bigger huds and explorer glide as it's biggest bait I have with an 807 it's made by F5 customs I'm sure the 867 or any of the 7 power rods by Dobyns are good enough for the bigger ones I would think

But as you said, going with what youre confident in is most often the best choice if it isnt broke, dont fix it:) STOP WASTING TIME ON THE WATER
